Patch types

• Leather and faux leather: engraved or debossed logos with a rugged, classic look, a favorite for trucker hats.
• PVC (rubber): durable, flexible patches with raised detail and bold color.
• Embroidered: traditional stitched patches with texture and a clean border.
• Woven: fine thread for small text and sharp detail with a flat, smooth finish.
• Printed (sublimated): full-color artwork, gradients and photo-style detail.

Where patches work best

Hats and beanies, jackets and outerwear, work shirts and uniforms, bags and backpacks, and team or event gear. Patches are also a great option for fabrics and items that are hard to embroider or print directly.

Attachment options

Depending on the patch type and the item, patches can be heat-applied or made with hook-and-loop (Velcro) backing so they can be swapped out. We'll recommend the best option for your project, or you can order loose patches to apply yourself.
